Finishing

 

Oil and acrylic portraits are painted on canvas, and have painted edges so they can be hung with or without a frame. Watercolor portraits are matted with museum quality matting and backing. When deciding the size of your painting, keep in mind that a mat and frame visually increase the size of a painting.
