HOW TO ORDER

 

 

1) Send a message by email or text..  Think about your preferences regarding the details of your painting, such as size, orientation (vertical or horizontal), background, toy, whether you want him or her looking at you or away, formal portrait, casual, or action, anything that is important to you. Please include your phone number. We can talk by phone or email to discuss any questions and details.

 

2) When we agree on the details, and I receive your photos, I will do a compositional drawing and send it for your approval.  At that time, you can approve the design or request changes, and I will make any desired edits.

 

3) Half payment is then due to begin your painting.

 

4) When I have completed your portrait, I will email you a digital proof for your final approval.  After the painting is approved, send final payment, and your painting will be shipped.

SHIPPING

The completed painting will have a protective plastic sleeve with sturdy backing board, and be carefully packaged to ensure your order arrives safely.

 

Shipping is by registered and insured mail by UPS or USPS. 

 

Shipping costs within the USA are a flat rate as follows:

 

$15. for paintings up to and including 9 x 12

$20. for paintings larger than 9 x 12

You will be notified by email when your package is shipped with tracking number.

 

Any damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt. You are responsible for return postage and handling. Please return in original or proper packaging.

 

I retain the copyright to all my work which cannot be copied or reproduced without express written consent.  I reserve the right to use images in publicity materials. If you prefer to not have your pet's photo used for this purpose, please inform me in writing.
